Bradley Crossing Supportive Housing Community

There continues to be a compelling need in the community for affordable housing for people with disabilities or mental illness, a major emphasis of JFS and JFS Housing, Inc. In May 2011, JFS was awarded $9 million in WHEDA Section 42 Tax Credits to construct Bradley Crossing, an apartment building in Brown Deer with half of the 60 units devoted to individuals with physical or developmental disabilities. The Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Residences at Bradley Crossing opened in the summer of 2015, adding four new buildings and an additional 54 apartment homes to this tight-knit community. Residents can choose from one, two or three bedroom homes, all handicap accessible. For more information, please visit the JFS Housing website
