JFS Housing, Inc. Hires Inclusion Coordinator for Bradley Crossing

Milwaukee, WI – JFS Housing, Inc. (JFSHI) hired Sister Patrice Colletti, SDS, as Inclusion Coordinator for Bradley Crossing Supportive Housing, a 60-unit apartment complex in Brown Deer. Financed in part by WHEDA Section 42 tax credits, thirty of the units will be devoted to individuals with physical or developmental disabilities or chronic and persistent mental illness.

JFSHI was awarded a two-year grant from The Helen Bader Foundation to help support an Inclusion Program at Bradley Crossing. Colletti, as Inclusion Coordinator, will work with all the residents to ensure that they are welcomed to this unique independent supportive housing apartment complex.

“As residents join Bradley Crossing, it’s vital to have a point person who can act as a guide and create connections,” said Helen Ramon, program officer at the Helen Bader Foundation. “Many adults with special needs or disabilities live with family for much of their early lives, so we are pleased this grant will help ensure a smooth transition and build a strong community.”
