JFS Housing, Inc.

In 2008, JFS established JFSHI, a wholly owned nonprofit subsidiary, to develop affordable housing for seniors and individuals and families with disabilities at low and moderate income levels. Through Deerwood Crossing Senior Residences and Bradley Crossing Supportive Housing Community, JFSHI meets the needs of JFS clients and the broader community.

Jewish Family Services is a contract agency with the Milwaukee County Department on Aging.
